Gringa Girl

This is our eldest "DOGhter" (daughter hehe) GRINGA GIRL. She was born on January 15, 2010 but we adopted her in May of the same year. She was only about 4 months old when we flew her in from Bohol where she was born.

I named her after my childhood dog Gringo, who died some time in 1994, just before I left for college. He was born during the EDSA Revolution in 1986 and named after one of the infamous personalities of that time. I named Gringa after him because they really look alike.

Gringa is very malambing (sweet). She likes being hugged and kissed. Our lives practically revolve around her and her brother Rajah Boy. But Gringa also has a feisty personality. We don't really know why but she hates the following things: people in motorcycle helmets, little kids, beggars, gas pump boys, and lizards on the ceiling. She goes ballistic when she sees any one of these things.

On the other hand she's the only dog we know who really knows how to play with toys. She has one favorite buddy that we call Gray -- simply because it's colored gray. :-) She does three things with Gray -- toss him around, sleep on him, and hump on him. Yup! Our Gringa Girl humps. Now we don't know where she got her lesbian tendencies. LOL.

But despite all her crazy antics and quirks, we love her no matter what. :-)
